White Semidulce DO Rioja
Viura and Malvasía, are the traditional grapes chosen for this different target, to which the fermentation is cut to keep part of the grape sugars. A very special Rioja white that has all the characters that the soils and the weather transmit to the fruits of their vineyards.

Salvat & Peciña Wines is a wine company created by the Rioja winemaker Pedro Peciña and the businessman Santiago Salvat whose objective is to respond to a growing demand for local products with identity, quality and tradition. And, above all, homage to the art of making wine.
The strips are limited because the wine is made traditionally and the whole process is done by hand to ensure the desired optimal result in grape quality.

A common passion: wine
The winemaker Pedro Peciña, born between vineyards and descendant of Rioja Alta bodegueros, and the businessman Santiago Salvat, linked by his family to the publishing world, are friends for years and lovers of wine and La Rioja. Both thought that tradition should not be related to evolution so they constantly wondered why Rioja wine, in the imagination of the people, was so anchored to tradition. Many times it has been said that a Rioja does not fail, but it does not surprise what led them to think of making a wine that would unite the best of the Rioja tradition combined with a freshness that would give the wine some very special organoleptic characteristics. And everything began to understand that this wine should be as natural as possible, with little enology and little technology. The result was Primus Hondo.
Limited Editions
Salvat and Peciña didn't want to make another wine. The project is based on making wines that are different within its range, which surprise and do not leave indifferent, so it is essential to dedicate the necessary time and that can only be done with limited production.
Winecrafters
Its wine is natural, that means that from the beginning they use little enology and little technology, only the essential one. It is a very meticulous product and they like it to evolve in the most natural way possible.
