- 8 Saccharin Tablets
- 50 Grs.Skimmed milk powder (1 cup) Optional
- 1 Natural yogurt
- Light plum jam to accompanyar.(Optional)

Put all the ingredients except the yogurt in the glass, mix for 10 seconds at speed 4 and program 3 minutes, 80º, speed 2 and 1 /2.
When I'm doneAdd the yogurt and mix for a few seconds at speed 3.We left it with the beaker on and without removing the glass from the maQuina, we cover it with two pieces of cloth.and let it rest for 8 hours.
Alson we can pass the mixture to the yogurt maker during the 8 hours.
When you aren ready we let them cool and put them in the fridge, it isn very rich accompanygarnished with a spoonful of plum jam.
