The Herbalife Nutrition Annual Panel - developed in conjunction with the market research company Instituto IO Sondea - states that the Spanish dedicate on average only 1.4 hours a day to your personal care. The survey reflects the customs and customs of food in Spain, and is carried out by interviews with a sample of 2,025 people between the ages of 18 and 65, selected by quotas of sex, age and Autonomous Community, according to INE statistics.

Practicing sport is perceived as an activity that improves health and well-being (73.95 per cent), entertaining (46.45 per cent), stressful (44.19%) and helps to lose weight (39.07%).

However, many of those who practice sport do not give sufficient importance to nutrition. Just 40% takes nutrition into account when playing sports (especially women), while 60% do not consider it important. Almost 40% admits having taken food supplements at some time (28.37%) or usually (9.57%).
